Co-creation of ASPIRe
ASPIRe is a global initiative started by Ashoka, Societal Platform, and co-created by Udanta to support Ashoka Fellows to reimagine how their mission can be redesigned, using the platform and system change thinking, to dramatically increase their impact to reach population scale.
Search for Senior Leadership Teams
Udanta led successful search efforts for entrepreneurial leadership teams for social impact organizations, including Ashoka and Arghyam.
An organizational transformation of Bangalore International Centre (BIC)
Udanta worked with the BIC Board to articulate a bold, new vision for creating a cultural and intellectual hub in Bangalore city. We collaborated closely with the acting Director and developed all key verticals including brand and communication, fundraising, construction of the new premises, curation of programs, financial structure and membership and successfully established BIC as the leading cultural institution in Bangalore.
A global study of innovation and leverage opportunities in mental health
Udanta conducted an extensive qualitative research study, involving interviews of global leaders in mental health and analysis of trends, guiding principles, and opportunities for change. The study can be viewed here
A philanthropy advisory club with GiveIndia
Irina curated a Philanthropy Club for High Net worth individuals with GiveIndia. The club provided members opportunities to learn through events and interactions, get inspired, and get personalized philanthropy guidance and service. Supported a number of HNI families in making their philanthropic investments. Built several collaborative efforts that brought several families to invest jointly.
An immersive design thinking student program
Udanta supported Swissnex and leading engineering and design schools in Switzerland in structuring and scoping partnership opportunities for an immersive learning program in India. The program was designed and implemented in partnership with local organizations, combining engineering, design, and social impact learning outcomes.
Establish Hippocampus as a global thought leader in early childhood education
Hippocampus Learning Centres was looking to establish themselves as a thought leader in early childhood education. The strategy we developed included making a stronger case for funding early childhood education interventions globally. With our support Hippocampus raised long term funding from a leading European Foundation; built a partnership in Mexico to replicate their model; launched a RCT study with J-Pal; started a successful franchise model and launched a new business line.
Ashoka Future Forum
The Ashoka Future Forum brought together Ashoka's powerful network of leading social entrepreneurs, business entrepreneurs, investors, and media together with the intention of 'transforming the future'. The Future forum brought together over 200 leading social entrepreneurs in India. Over three days of talks, workshops, and design thinking sessions, the participants discovered new perspectives and in many cases established partnerships.
