Irina Snissar
Founder and Director
Irina Snissar Lobo is the founder of Udanta Consulting and an entrepreneurial leader with over 15 years of experience advancing systems change initiatives. A generative listener and systems thinker, she specializes in guiding impact and philanthropic organizations through complex strategy transformations in close partnership with leadership teams.
Irina's work sits at the intersection of network-building, knowledge curation, program and team design, narrative building . She is known for designing collaborative ecosystems that enable collective action and long-term impact — and her applied research publications on systems change, network effects, and technology have earned recognition from leading platforms including the Stanford Social Innovation Review.
Previously, Irina served as Director of Design and Knowledge at ASPIRe, a global impact accelerator co-created by Ashoka and the Centre for Exponential Change, where she played a pivotal role in shaping its approach and methodology and facilitating strategy transformation journeys for over 40 social impact organizations worldwide. Over the years, she has been instrumental in conceiving, designing, and executing several pioneering initiatives — including building a network of Ashoka Fellows in India, creating the Bangalore International Centre, and bringing together the Open Source Alliance for Social Innovation and Sustainability (OASIS). In the partnership with the Common Ground initiative, Irina focuses on strengthening collaboration across diverse stakeholders for community-led natural resource governance — bringing partners together to co-create shared approaches and infrastructure for exchanging knowledge, data, and networks.
